The workshop will be held in the World Trade Centre of Grenoble (https://www.congres-wtcgrenoble.com/en). The partner hotel, Novotel Grenoble, is located in the same building.

The conference organizers have negotiated a discounted rate for IWIPP attendees to stay at the Novotel Grenoble Center Hotel.

There are three possible ways to book a room at discounted rate:

• Book online at all.accor.com. The Novotel hotel with dates of the conference is pre-selected for your convenience. You may change the dates before booking if you have alternate or longer travel plans around the dates of conference. Please use the discount code “GRENOV” if you wish to apply a discount to your booking.

The discounted rate is 95 EUR/night for one person, with breakfast included.  This rate is available using the discount code “GRENOV”. If reserving by phone, please indicate that the reservation is associated with the IWIPP 2022 event.  This discounted rate is available from August 23 to 26, inclusive. Reservations do not require pre-payment, but a payment method must be provided in order to establish the reservation. Reservations may be canceled until August 9, 2022.
